CommunityWest has developed an Information Pacakge for use by service providers who want to introduce the wellness approach to their staff. The package is aimed at providing a broad overview to staff of the WA HACC Wellness Approach, why HACC is moving in this direction and the role everyone needs to play. Requests for this power point package with notes should be directed to 08 9309 8180.

SPECIAL Aged Care Friendly Resource

CommunityWest has been awarded funding to pursue a partnership project in the area of Primary Health. The project is funded under the Australian Government National Primary Health Project Initiatives program and will run until June 2009.

CommunityWest is a not-for-profit organisation Incoporated under WA legislation. The Board of Management oversees the policy, planning and governance of the organisation on behalf of members.

The organisations visions is for 'a vibrant and continually learning and evolving Community Care sector delivering responsive quality services to clients.'

CommunityWest seeks to achieve this mission through working in partnership with community aged care providers and other stakeholders to build sector capacity and sustainability to support the delivery of quality services to clients.
