CommunityWest will be presenting at the 2010 International Federation of Ageing Conference 'Climate Change Ageing into the Future' to be held in 2010.

Access - WA Final Report

The WA Access Project finalised the data collection requirements as part of the National Access project on 30th July 2009. A final report of the three Demonstration Projects has been prepared and is available for download from the Access Newsletter page. Thanks to all participants and stakeholders who contributed to the success of the Demonstration Projects.

Wellness Information Resource

CommunityWest has developed an Information Pacakge for use by service providers who want to introduce the wellness approach to their staff. The package is aimed at providing a broad overview to staff of the WA HACC Wellness Approach, why HACC is moving in this direction and the role everyone needs to play. Requests for this power point package with notes should be directed to 08 9309 8180.
