Deborah joined the CommunityWest Board in November 2002 and has taken on both the roles of Vice Chairperson and Chairperson (2009-2010). She is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Injury Control Council of Western Australia Inc. (ICCWA) where she has held several roles over a total of six years.

Deborah’s commitment to the community and health sectors is supported by her work carried out across a number of other community-focussed organisations. These have included: Office of Road Safety, Osbourne Division of GPS, General Practice Divisions of Western Australia, and the Department of Health, including a number of years’ experience as a HACC Program Officer.

Deborah has a strong background in research and policy development; and is committed to making a positive and significant contribution to the health, community care and injury prevention sectors at a local, state and national level.
