CommunityWest is pleased to welcome Tanya Rybarczyk to the Board as one of two members recruited recently. Her experience spans 20 years across varied business roles including finance, investor relations and strategic planning; underpinned by a strong background in finance, accounting and communications.
Tanya is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers based in Perth. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce; a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment; she is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; and also a Chartered Accountant.

In 2009 Tanya completed the year-long Leadership WA program after which she sought and took up her first leadership role within the not-for-profit sector, becoming one of the founding members of the Big Brothers Big Sisters (WA) Advisory Council.
CommunityWest is grateful that Tanya agreed to take on the role of Board Treasurer which was recently vacated by retiring Board member, Julie Sultmann, after three years. The organisation looks forward to benefitting from the tried and tested business acumen that our new Treasurer brings with her.
CommunityWest would also sincerely like to thank outgoing Treasurer, Julie Sultmann for her valuable contribution to the organisation over the last four years. We wish her all the best for the future. |
