As part of your Home and Community Care (HACC) contract requirements you must meet the Community Care Common Standards (CCCS) and participate in the Quality Review process.
CommunityWest’s Quality Team conducts the HACC Quality Review process for HACC funded service providers. We also give assistance and advice to support you to deliver a high level of care to your HACC clients.
The primary goal of the HACC sector is to provide consistent, effective and high quality support so clients and carers benefit. This standard can be achieved by using the framework provided by the Community Care Common Standards (CCCS) and the HACC Quality Review process.
