Ideas That Work has produced a DVD resource called ‘Just like You: A Guide to etiquette and communicating with people with a disability.’ The DVD is 23 minutes long and offers some valuable insights into the lives and experiences of a number of people ‘just like you’ who also have a disability.

This DVD would be valuable for coordinators or trainers who would like to use a resource that gives an insight into how people with a disability can feel when they have positive and negative experiences with people without a disability. This resource offers answers to some questions people may have about how to communicate with someone with a disability (such as those people with a hearing or vision impairment; or physical disability).

CommunityWest have purchased a copy of the DVD and will be using it for training purposes.
