Users of the CommunityWest Training Booking system will soon be asked to acknowledge and accept a Privacy Statement as part of their logon process. This process is a one off process for each registered user. Further details on this process and why it has been introduced can be accessed by following the read more link.

When logging on, commencing in March, you will be required at the 'Update Details' welcome screen to read and accept the CommunityWest Privacy Policy at the bottom of that screen. If this is not completed you will be unable to navigate away from the page to make training bookings and a warning will appear at the top of the page. The warning will read

This new feature has been added to ensure that all users of CommunityWest Training are aware of our Policy on information captured during the online registration process. The Privacy Policy outlines what use, protection and avenues for follow up you have in regard to your information held by CommunityWest.
