During 2010 CommunityWest 2010 will be reviewing and reframing our Strategic Plan. As part of this process we will be seeking feedback and input from stakeholders.  As a prelude to the review we have amended our organisational structure to better reflect the work we are doing.

This has effectively created four teams/programs

• Corporate/Administration;
• Training and Workforce Development;
• Quality, and
• Sector Development

CommunityWest is currently recruiting a number of new staff to join and expand these teams. This is in recognition of the increasing workload and changes envisaged.  We welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve our services and support.
